About me
I’m Lucila Covre, a coach and consultant with 20+ years of global leadership experience at
General Electric and Dow Chemical. After a successful corporate career, I chose to follow a new path: supporting people who are seeking clarity, balance, and purpose.
My background includes a Chemical Engineering degree and a MBA in Marketing
(ESPM, Brazil), as well as executive programs in Strategy, Neurocience and Leadership at (MIT, Sloan School of Management). Most recently, I became a certified Professional Coach at IPEC in New York.
Today, I work as a consulting at Kompassium and as a Guide at Leela Life. Leela, which means “the play of life”, inspires me to see every transition as an opportunity for growth, transformation, and lightness.
I'm married, mother of two teenagers, 18 (in college) and 16 years old and we have a dog, Gary, who keeps me company on a daily basis. I love reading and cooking for family and friends. Over the past 23 years together, my husband and I have lived in Shanghai, São Paulo, Boston, and New York. So I know very well what it means to reinvent oneself both professionally and personally.
